However, due to an absence of infrastructure in the market: it’s impossible for Marketers to do creator marketing at scale, and for Creators to monetize their content easily.

As our Creator Partnerships Manager, you will be pivotal in identifying, engaging, and onboarding talented creators to our platform. You’ll develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality creators who align with our values and target audience. You’ll take the lead in identifying and onboarding talented creators to our platform. This role blends strategy and execution, starting as an individual contributor with ambitious goals, while positioning you for future leadership as we scale.

What you'll achieve

  • Creator Acquisition: Own a robust pipeline of high-converting creators with passionate audiences. You’ll be responsible for generating and closing a significant number of creator partnerships through a highly personalized outreach process.
  • Thought Leadership: Deliver compelling pitches that showcase the value of Passionfroot to creators, helping to shift industry norms and instill confidence in our platform.
  • Creator Success: Guide newly acquired creators through a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring ongoing support and communication.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Stay organized while managing a detailed CRM pipeline. Analyze industry and campaign data to inform creator outreach strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams (including leadership, marketing, and product development) to ensure alignment and successful execution of acquisition initiatives.
  • Foundation Building: Contribute to creating scalable processes and strategies for creator acquisition, setting the stage for future team growth.

Who we’re looking for


  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in influencer or creator acquisition, with a proven track record of onboarding high-profile creators and scaling partnerships.
  • Passion & Understanding: A deep passion for the creator economy, with the ability to connect authentically with creators and management firms.
  • Communication Relationship-Building: You have strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage and build trust with creators and industry stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven: You can interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-informed decisions to improve the creator acquisition process.
  • Creative Mindset: You think outside the box and develop innovative strategies to attract diverse, high-quality creators to our platform.
  • Collaborative: You work well across teams, including marketing, product, and support, to align on goals and drive success.
  • Location: New York-based candidates are preferred for this role, but open to ET and CET timezones.

  3. Outreach Challenge —You’ll work on a challenge and present the outcome.
  4. Culture Fit (30 min) with Lorenzo (CTO).
  5. Reference Calls with an investor or team member.
  6. Offer Stage: We’ll tailor an offer based on your preferences for salary and equity.
