The internet and Web 2.0 have radically democratized content creation and paved the way for a massive $20B+ creator advertising market. However, due to an absence of infrastructure in the market: it’s impossible for Marketers to do creator marketing at scale, and for Creators to monetize their content easily.

As Founder’s Associate, you will be the CEO’s right hand - effectively an extension of their role - working closely with the founding team and taking ownership of key strategic, operational, and tactical initiatives. You’ll have unparalleled access to every aspect of building a startup, making this role ideal for someone eager to fast-track their entrepreneurial or leadership journey.
What you'll achieve
- Strategic Execution:Break down high-level company goals into actionable initiatives and lead their execution. Work closely with the CEO and founding team to align priorities and ensure progress on critical objectives. After 18-24 months, we expect you to graduate into a functional role or strategic initiative lead role.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows, remove bottlenecks, and support on key projects such as sales, reporting, HR and operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Problem Solving & Ownership: Tackle ad hoc challenges, from operational inefficiencies to special projects, with creativity and resourcefulness, ensuring the company can move quickly and decisively.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze company data, track KPIs and keep key metrics visible to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for investors, potential customers and partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment and transparency in the execution of strategic initiatives.
Who we’re looking for
- Location: This is Berlin based role
- Experience: 1-2 years in a high-paced startup role (e.g., Founder’s Associate, Chief of Staff) or strategy consulting, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-starter with a “get-it-done” mentality, excited to take ownership and execute on both operational and tactical levels.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Skilled at breaking down complex problems, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, from team members to investors.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain focus on long-term goals.
- Collaborative Team Player: Proven ability to foster alignment across teams, acting as the glue between departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
