As the Sales & Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our enterprise and mid-market advertiser base. Working closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders, you will take charge of the entire sales funnel, from prospecting to closing new accounts and ensuring customer success including operational success of advertising campaigns on Passionfroot. This is a unique opportunity to join a groundbreaking platform that is redefining advertising and creator monetization, unlocking scale within a high-performing yet untapped advertising channel. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of both brands and creators, shaping their journeys on our platform.

What you'll achieve

  • Sales and Customer Success: Onboard enterprise and mid-market advertisers, ensuring ongoing growth and success on the Passionfroot platform through effective communication, relationship-building and customer success.
  • Build a Sales Pipeline and Funnel Management: Build a robust sales pipeline with 15+ outbound meetings weekly, managing the entire customer journey from prospecting to closing.
  • Brand and Creator Strategy Management: Develop and manage strategies that align brand objectives with creator recommendations, while continuously analyzing campaign performance and recommending enhancements to ensure consistent success for advertisers.
  • Playbook Development: Co-author the sales playbook, establishing scalable processes for future team members.
  • Educate and Evangelize: Stay updated on digital advertising and creator economy trends, while effectively communicating the value and performance of creator-led sponsored content to build confidence and trust with prospective customers.

Who we’re looking for


  • Location: Ideally New York-based as part of our founding GTM team.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital ad sales and client success, with a strong understanding of creators, influencer marketing or advertising
  • Relationship Management: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong, long-term client relationships, particularly with brands and agencies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-Level executives at brands and agencies.
  • Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Passion: You’re excited to work in a fast-growing market and passionate about the creator economy. You thrive on helping clients unlock the power of creator-led marketing.
  • Ownership & Ambition: You’re adaptable, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated, ready to take ownership of our brand partnerships strategy from the ground up.

About the Process

  1. Introductory Call (30 min) with Jen (CEO)
  2. Collaboration Interview (30 min) with Filip (CGO).
  3. Outreach & Campaign Challenge —You’ll work on a challenge and present the outcome.
  4. Culture Fit (30 min) with Lorenzo (CTO).
  5. Reference Calls with an investor or team member.
  6. Offer Stage: We’ll tailor an offer based on your preferences for salary and equity.
